100Percentile allows students who do not have Internet access at home, 100Percentile allows to download tests to another computer which has Internet access (such as at an Internet café), copy them onto a disk or other portable media and import them onto their home computer.

Once they have taken the test, they can copy the tests back onto a disk and submit them to the Test Room from any other computer that has Internet access

The 100Percentile system consists of two components - Aspire which is a desktop application installed on the student’s computer and with which tests can be taken and managed, and Test Room, a repository for the student on 100Percentile's online server which keeps results and other relevant information for the student.
